Dear Members of the Korean Society of Gynecologic Oncology,

It is a great honor and responsibility for me to address you as the 23rd President of our esteemed society. Over the years, our society has played a pivotal role in advancing the field of gynecologic oncology, contributing significantly to improving the quality of medical care and establishing patient-centered clinical standards both domestically and internationally. These achievements have been possible thanks to your passion and dedication. Building on these efforts, I am committed to fostering new growth and development for our society.
During my term, I will focus on the following three core objectives to drive our society's progress:

First, I will strengthen close cooperation with related societies to establish a robust foundation for mutual development. Interdisciplinary collaboration will encourage the fusion of knowledge, leading to advancements in research and clinical care, ultimately paving the way for innovative progress in the field of gynecologic oncology.

Second, I will work to elevate our Spring Academic Conference into an international academic conference, promoting active exchange with leading global experts. Through this initiative, our society will establish research and clinical systems aligned with global standards and position itself as a leading academic organization with international leadership.

Third, I will promote the autonomous operation of the Fall Academic Conference by regional institutions, enhancing and activating gynecologic oncology capabilities across different areas. This will help create a well-balanced national research and education environment, support the development of local specialists, and improve the overall quality of patient care.

I sincerely ask for your continued interest and active participation. Through open communication and collaboration, I will strive to help our society grow and advance to the next level. I believe that the trust and support you extend to our society will be the guiding light for its future.
